These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the dumanstars.com website and the purchase of products and services from Duman Stars Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Products and Pricing
All product prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to display accurate pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Some items may have extended lead times or require special ordering from the manufacturer.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for qualified business accounts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers for heavy equipment). Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable.

Services
Professional services (installation, configuration, managed IT) are provided under separate service agreements. Service terms, scope, SLAs, and pricing are defined in individual service contracts or statements of work.
Warranties
Products sold through our website carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. We can assist with warranty claims on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duman Stars Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
